The Ile aux Pies : the pearl of the Canal

With an area of 26 ha, the Ile aux Pies is a river island that offers many choices of activities. Between climbing, fishing, kayaking, hiking ... you can also leave your bikes to discover this site in another way. Take the time to observe all the biodiversity that this place offers, and enjoy a gourmet break in one of the creperies located at the water's edge.

The biggest lake in Brittany : The Lake of Guerlédan

Located in the heart of the forest of Quénécan and accessible only by bike, the artificial lake of Guerlédan covers the old village of the slate quarrymen. This gigantic lake of more than 400 ha is the ideal place to try a nautical activity. You can also take advantage of one of the beaches of the lake to organize a picnic.

The Abbey of Bon Repos

Not far from the Lake of Guerlédan, you can reach the Abbey of Bon Repos with your bike. Restored in 1986 after having fallen into partial ruin, it is now accessible to the public and retraces, once the sun has set, its history in a 2-hour show.

Pontivy : Napoleonic city

Immerse yourself in a medieval atmosphere by visiting the Château des Rohan, open to the public during the summer season thanks to guided tours. Stroll through the city and observe the 2 atmospheres of the historical center of the city: one is rather medieval with its half-timbered houses and its small streets, and the other, Napoleonic, with its wide avenues. A few pedal strokes away, you can discover the numerous chapels in the surrounding countryside.
